The ITTF has recently announced that glues containing volatile organic compounds (VOCs) will be banned as of January 1, 2008, in ITTF junior events and as of September 1, 2008, in all other ITTF events (ITTF Announcement).
Tibhar Clean Fix and Clean Tune speed glue is one of the first VOC free glues on the market, and is much safer to use than other VOC based glues. Water-based VOC-free speed glue is now a reality! NOTE: This is a LONG LASTING speed glue, the effects are reported to last between 1 to 3 WEEKS!

Easy-use for this glue. Can be applied on blade and rubber thanks to a sponge applicator.
Relatively fluid glue which requires a drying period of about 5 minutes depending on the environment. We recommend applying one layer on both blade and rubber.
Eventual glue rests can remain on rubber and blade but are easily removable with a humid cloth. |

Clean Tuning is a product that has the same characteristics as speed glue: speed, sound and game sensation. Besides, Clean Tuning contains no VOC*.

After the application of Clean Tuning the effect lasts for about 14 days during which you will not need to do a second application.
Clean Tuning is to be applied on the rubber only and the rubber will then be applied onto the blade thanks to a self adhesive film or a VOC-free glue. |

Clean Tuning Use:
- Generously apply Clean Tuning onto the rubber with the sponge applicator (see picture)
- For an optimal first use, please make sure to maintain the bottle downwards until the sponge applicator saturates with the product
- Let Clean Tuning work in for about 1 to 2 hours
- Immediately you will notice that the rubber surface bulges out and expands thanks to Clean Tuning application
- Repeat the application of Clean Tuning 1 to 2 hours after the first application, as soon as the rubber has recovered its normal shape (see picture)
- Based on the rubber type and the effect you are looking for, this application can be repeated 10 times
- Clean Tuning expands the rubber based on the rubber type and the number of applications of Clean Tuning onto the rubber by up to 10 millimetres (see picture with the measuring tape)
- You can measure the expansion of the rubber thanks to the measuring tape (see picture)
- Make sure you have enough time to tune the rubber (1 day for 4 to 5 applications, 2 days for up to 10 applications)
- After the last application of Clean Tuning, make sure that the rubber does not bulge out anymore before you apply the rubber onto the blade
- After you have reached the desired degree of tuning, you can glue the rubber with a VOC-free glue (for example the Clean Fix from TIBHAR) or with a self-adhesive film for Clean tuning onto the blade (see picture)
- Clean Tuning’s effect lasts for about 14 days
- As soon as you notice that the effect diminishes, simply remove the rubber from the blade and apply a new layer of Clean Tuning onto the rubber as you did for the first application. (ATTENTION: in order to achieve the same degree of tuning you will need one or two layers).
- It is recommended to have a spare rubber that has already been tuned with Clean Tuning in case you damage the first rubber during your match.
- You can cover this spare rubber with the special protection sheet TIBHAR CLEAN TUNING and apply it later at any time with the Clean Fix or a self adhesive film for Clean Tuning onto your bat (see picture). Thanks to the protection sheet the tuning effect is being kept
